In Options trading, you can make money 100 times faster than regular buying and selling of shares or FD but it is also true that you can lose money as fast as making money in option trading.
But this common things people doesn’t understand and enter the field of Options or Futures trading without any hard work, learning or reading any books, and rely of others advice glammed by seeing others profits on social media.
So, first thing first, Don’t compare Trading with Investment or FD because these are two different principles and return from both instruments varies a lot as in Investment money will be made through compounding, while in trading you have to trade on a daily basis to make a regular income out of it.
And, this is what the author states in this options trading book, like Explanations of the principles of the Options trading, important of mental stability, psychology building, and position sizing. Then ensure that the number of positions one takes are as per the position size. They should avoid being greedy and taking narrow positions under any circumstances.
